Park Folly Beach offers an administrative appeal process to resolve citation that you have received. If you believe that your Park Folly Beach citation has been issued in error, you may request an administrative review. Park Folly Beach will gladly review any issues concerning a citation that you may wish to appeal. To get started, please appeal by one of the methods below within 30 calendar days from the citation issuance date.

Park Folly Beach does not take parking appeals over the phone.

Any parking citation which remains unpaid after the 90th day may be turned over to an outside agency which shall be authorized to collect all payments due and levy an additional 35% fee as allowed by local ordinance South Carolina state law.You can pay for your parking citation (s) by the following methods:

Checks or money orders should be made payable to: PCI Municipal Services, LLC. Include the citation number and license plate number of the ticketed vehicle on your check or money order. Checks and money orders can be mailed to:
